In this Study a 30 minute circuit style Metabolic Resistance Training session was put to the test. The result was a 38 hour increase in Metabolism, which means that up to 38 hours AFTER the workout was over the subjects continued to burn fat as a result of the workout.


What is a Fitness Boot Camp? A fitness boot camp is a type of physical training program which incorporates many different exercises including push ups, squats, lunges, and burpees, along with a variety of different equipment such as medicine balls, TRX trainers, etc. Boot camps will help you improve cardiovascular efficiency, burn body fat, and increase strength. They are conducted with groups of people which provides a different environment for those who are bored with the gym, and helps with motivation. The boot camp instructors are there to push you to get the most out of your workout for maximum results.

Our boot camp is all year long, you can join at any time and jump right in. Our boot camp is geared for all fitness levels and we will change the workouts to keep your body from adapting to a routine and the plateau effect. Our 30 Minute Boot Camp is hel at our studio in downtown Worcester.

X Core Fitness boot camp leaders are fun, energetic and will work with you to help you get the most out of your workout. They are not drill instructors that will be screaming in your face, they will provide you with positive motivation in a fun way.
