We know many of you want to use your Groupon voucher right away. We feel our offer is quite unique not only in its exeptional value, but in that you’re getting a four week structured program.  This is not a type of drop-in class where you can just show up at any time. In addition, we have a standard of training to uphold and we know what our limits are in term of the number of people we train effectively at one time.  Once our classes are full, they are full. We have already added more class times for you, and we will try to add more class times as they fill up. All we ask is that you do your best to stick to a particular time slot, so that we can avoid overcrowding. Classes will be filled on a first come first served basis. We apologize if you cannot get into classes right away, but don't worry,  every 4 weeks there will be a whole new schedule to fill up. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals.

We’ve had many calls and questions about how to use your Groupon purchase with us.

Here you will find all the information you need to redeem your Groupon purchase and start getting fit with X Core Fitness. Below is a schedule of days and times that are available. Classes will be filled in the order that we recieve the forms below. Please fill out your form with your information including when you would like to start and class times you would like to attend. You will recieve a confirmation email to let you know that you are registered for the times you've selected or if you will have to make changes due to classes being filled up.  

 FAQ's:

Q: Do I have to be in great shape already to participate in Boot Camp?
A: No, our program is designed for all fitness levels to progress at your own pace

Q: What do I need to bring to Boot Camp?
A: Bring your Groupon voucher, completed waiver form, a bottle of water, towel, comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes, and a great attitude.

Q: Is this like military boot camp with a drill instructor yelling at you?
A: No, not at all. This IS and intense workout, but our Boot Camp instructor is there to motivate you in a fun way.

Q: The Groupon says unlimited classes, so why are they grouped in only 3 per week?
A: Our workouts are an intense total body workout based on the principals of Metabolic Resistance Interval Training, which have been proven to continue to burn fat up to 38 hours after your workout. If you did more than 3 workouts per week, your body would not have time to recover from the previous workout, and this would be counter productive to getting the most out of your workouts. If you feel like you want to do more than the 3 days per week, we will work with you to add another class. Please try the 3 day schedule first, to see how you're body adapts to the workouts, and we can go from there.

Q: I am not sure I can make all the classes in one month, can I make them up later in the year?
A: Sorry, due to the extreme discount and the number of people signed up for classes, your Groupon will expire 1 month after your first class. However, if you miss a class and would like to make it up in another time slot in the same week, let us know and we'll squeeze you in where we can.

If you cannot commit to any one group, just pick the one that is closest to what you are looking for and tell us your specific requirements in the comments section of the form. We will do our best to work with you.
