X Core Fitness is exited to present our Private and Semi-Private
Personal Training Programs. We believe that our structured, results driven systems will not only get you the results you are
looking for, but you also have the flexibility to choose the best option that fits your budget and training preference. We
also give you the option to add in our popular Turbo Boot Camp Program on non-training days with our Platinum Training Package.
With our Semi-Private Training Program, we keep the training sessions in groups of 2 to 4 with one of our Certified
Personal Trainers carefully leading you through each exercise and movement based on our unique training protocol. Workout
with a friend or join in with an existing group. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are conducted at our Worcester
studio.

If you are looking for a more private approach, we can accommodate
you with our 1 on 1 Training program. All 1 on 1 sessions are 45 minutes in length and are conducted at our Worcester studio.
