"I enrolled in the X Core fitness boot camp to get back in shape for an upcoming marathon. An ankle injury left me
out of commission for a while. The boot camp did more than help prepare my body, it also helped to prepare my mind. The routines
are challenging enough that everyone can get something out of it regardless of your fitness level. You get out of the workout
what you put it. The best thing is that it only takes 30 minutes and then I can continue on with my day. I recommend X Core
fitness boot camp for anyone ready to step up their fitness level.

been attending X-Core Fitness' Boot Camp for just over 2 weeks & I LOVE it! This is the 1st class I've done where
I'm not like "Ugggh I have to go work out" It's SO much fun!! I get more of a work out in 30 minutes
than I would in an hour or more at the gym & it's not boring. Each week the routine is switched up to challenge usmore & to keep us interested. Jef is awesome & is always giving us positive feedback. This is a great workout
if you've got a tight schedule give them a call. You won't be disappointed, I promise. I can't wait to do

I have been taking
these classes for 3 weeks, and i have lost 6lbs...not bad! It has increased my stamina and motivation level. it's a great work out,because it's non-stop, high intensity.... for 30min...I especially love the early hours...the
trainers are very friendly and informative. I definitely recommend to try this work out!

This Program, the Founder (Kris), & our Trainer, are all extremely POSITIVE & INSPIRATIONAL! Everyone
encourages each other at this Boot Camp; there are always alternate exercises to do if we can't keep up. We see RESULTS

X Core Fitness is a
great way to have fun and lose weight. The personal trainer is the best around. Also, I found that Kris, the owner is
awesome too. He will always try to work with you to help you anyway he can. You guys have an awesome gym with competitive
boot camp prices and you'll always be my boot camp! It's not an easy workout, however its fun rewarding and also point
blank it gives you results since I have stared last week I have lost one pant size and I know I owe it all to x core.
